Gentok is a systemic neonicotinoid insecticide that acts as an agonist of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) in the insect central nervous system.
By binding to these receptors, it causes excessive nervous stimulation, leading to paralysis and death in sucking and chewing insects.

Gentok is a systemic neonicotinoid insecticide applied mainly via seed treatment, soil drenching/incorporation, or foliar spray to control sucking and soil-borne pests.
It is best applied early in the pest cycle or preventively, with applications in early morning or evening to minimize pollinator risk.
